About Us
Campus Training is part of the Grosvenor Group, a global training organisation providing the full spectrum of training needs from the warehouse to the boardroom. Offering both custom designed in house programmes and nationally recognised qualifications, the group is able to meet any organisations diverse training requirements.
The Centre
We are an accredited centre for the following awarding bodies:
- OCR (Oxford & Cambridge RSA)
- C & G (City & Guilds)
- EDI (Education Development International)
- NCFE
To gain accreditation companies must go through a rigorous quality audit and continuously meet high standards of delivery, quality, staffing and development.
The centre is run by a team of highly qualified and professional staff members, all of which come from a commercial background. Below are profiles of the key members of staff:
The Team
Jo Bridger
As Managing Director of Campus Training and a director of the group, Joanne brings vast industry experience and astute commercial knowledge to the forum. She is responsible for key contracts, partnerships and developing funding streams which give the business the balance and strategy for long term success.
Mary Haffner
As our Quality Manager, Mary is responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, maintained and developed, and that the qualifications are delivered consistently and to a high standard. Mary has previously worked as a Personnel Manager at a national retail organisation, so has bought a wealth of experience with her.
Fay Wilson
As Sales and Marketing Manager, Fay looks after the needs of our existing customers as well as tending to fresh enquires. To ensure customer satisfaction Fay liaises with our specialist Centre Managers to be certain that customers have programmes that are bespoke to their needs. She has previously been a regional Sales Manager so understands the importance of Customer Satisfaction.
Les Webb
Les is responsible for new business development and also manages our JobCentreplus provision. Dealing with many local organisations, Les has developed a strong network of commercial and funded partners. Les previously ran his own business and has an in depth knowledge of the commercial and funded partners.
Zoe Redfern
As Office Manager, Zoe provides support to the team. Dealing with the awarding bodies, assessors and learners Zoe skilfully ensures no elements of the business are neglected and allows a smooth flow of information and communication. She has been a Customer Service advisor and HR Administrator so knows the importance of communication and organisation.
Mandy Murray
Mandy works closely with Mary in ensuring that quality standards are maintained within the company, and that our learners continue to have the highest possible information, advice and guidance. She is also mentor for the company.
Soft Skills
Julie Gosling - Centre Manager
Julie is a specialist in Skills for Life and provides and develops these courses for Campus. She also works closely with our partners in developing the Technical Certificate programmes which now underpin Apprenticeships in the UK. Julie is Centre Manager for our soft skills which deals with the business administration and management NVQ’s to name a couple. She is also an Internal Verifier and assessor for her centre. Her background was primarily within one of the largest travel organisations in the world, so she handles responsibilities and organisation well.

Supporting Teaching and Learning
Karen Viney - Centre Manager
Karen is the Centre Manager for our Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification. She oversees a large team of assessors and still manages to be an internal verifier and assessor for her centre. She also deals with our Lone Parent programme which has benefitted many parents wanting to get back to work.

Food Manufacturing and Warehousing and Distribution
Keith Lewry - Centre Manager
Keith brings to Campus Training the specialism which is Food Manufacturing, a qualification that is offered by only a very few providers. Working predominantly with large food production companies Keith brings a wealth of experience to these organisations and understands the difficulties and frustrations they face on a daily basis. As well as being Centre Manager for this area he is also an Internal Verifier and Assessor.
