About us
Campus Training is part of the Grosvenor Group, a global training organisation providing the full spectrum of training needs from the warehouse to the boardroom. Offering both custom designed in house programmes and nationally recognised qualifications, the group is able to meet any organisations diverse training requirements.

To gain accreditation companies must go through a rigorous quality audit and continuously meet high standards of delivery, quality, staffing and development.
The team
The Campus Team
The centre is run by a team of highly qualified and professional staff members, all of which come from a commercial background. Below are profiles of the key members of staff:

Louise Codling

Louise Codling
As Managing Director of Campus Training and a director of the group, Louise brings vast industry experience and astute commercial knowledge to the forum. She is responsible for key contracts, partnerships and developing funding streams which give the business the balance and strategy for long term success.

Mary Haffner

Mary Haffner
As Centre Manager Mary is responsible for the day to day operation of the business. She ensures quality standards are met, maintained and developed, staffing levels are appropriate and relevant and that the qualifications are delivered consistently and to a high standard. Her previous experience includes Personnel Manager for a national retail organisation.

Natasha Sharp

Natasha Sharp
As Centre Administrator Natasha provides support to the team. Dealing with the awarding bodies, assessors and candidates Natasha skillfully ensures no elements of the business are neglected and allows a smooth flow of information and communication. She has been an administrator for a national private healthcare provider and hence knows the importance of attention to detail.

Julie Gosling

Julie Gosling
Julie is a specialist in Skills for Life and provides and develops these courses for Campus. She also works closely with our partners in developing the Technical Certificate programmes which now underpin Apprenticeships in the UK.

Julie is also a senior Internal Verifier for the business and manages our freelance assessors in the areas of Customer Service, Business Administration. Her background was primarily within one of the largest travel organisations in the world.

Les Webb

Les Webb
Les is responsible for new business development and also manages our JobCentreplus provision. Dealing with many local organisations Les has developed a strong network of commercial and funded partners. Les previously ran his own business and has an indepth knowledge of the commercial market.

Keith Lewry

Keith Lewry
Keith brings to Campus Training the specialism which is Food & Drink Manufacturing, a qualification that is offered by only a very few providers. Working predominantly with large food production companies Keith brings a wealth of experience to these organisations and understands the difficulties and frustrations they face on a daily basis.

Keith is also a senior Internal Verifier for the business working with the Distribution & Warehousing and Team Leading qualifications.

Caroline McKenna

Caroline McKenna
Caroline was previously a senior manager for a large DIY chain. Her retail and distribution skills are utilised fully by Campus Training in the delivery of these particular qualifications. She has many years of experience in this ever developing industry and works closely with our commercial partners in helping them meet the ever changing needs of the sector.

Lynda Kenward

Lynda still maintains her career as a teacher working with children with behavioural and learning difficulties but still manages to support Campus in their delivery of a large contract with local schools and the LEA. Managing a large team of assessors and verifiers she brings the balance of the educational world into the commercial one.
