Campus Training passes Matrix Standard

Campus Training has just completed our final assessment for the matrix standard, and we are pleased to report that we passed with flying colours! Our visiting assessor was Christine Smart and she spent a very long and busy couple of days with us looking at all aspects of the information, advice and guidance that we give. We would like to give a big thank you to everyone who helped with this, either by being interviewed, by organising interviews with learners and employers, or by being involved in some of the meetings that were taking place in the office on that day. Your help and support meant that the days ran smoothly and Christine was pleased with the way the assessment was organised.

The feedback we got was very positive. She was extremely complimentary about the IAG that we give to our learners. They all commented how well they had been/are being supported by Campus Training, and the interviews with employers told a similar story. Christine’s advice to us was that we need to shout about our success more! We are doing an excellent job, delivering a high quality service and we should be celebrating this in our marketing materials and on the company website. The fantastic feedback that we get from our clients should be used to our advantage to get more repeat business as well as new customers so we can continue with the excellent business we have built up.

It is worth remembering however, that although we have now achieved the matrix standard we will still continue to give excellent information, advice and guidance to our learners, and it will help us with future growth and long term plans.
