We are dedicated to ensuring that everybody can benefit from an NVQ, no matter what your situation. If you are a Lone Parent and wish to get back into work, we can help you. New Deal for Lone Parents is a voluntary programme specifically designed to help lone parents into work. It offers a package of support to help you move towards a more secure future for you and your children. If you have children under the age of 16, and are bringing them up by yourself, we can help you make that step back into work.

We have had huge success working with various job centres, who initially will take you through the steps to find and apply for a job. We then can train you as you work, while the job centre can keep you informed of how it will affect any benefits you may be receiving, and will help you to apply for any working tax credits/ childcare that you may be entitled to.

Going back to work doesn’t have to mean going back full time. There are many jobs that are available with flexible hours, and we are happy to assist you in finding something that will be suitable for you.

Campus Training has had a huge impact in our school. I now have office staff, teaching assistants and several parents who have gained NVQ qualifications. This has built confidence, given the school excellent succession opportunities and a highly skilled staff, who offer the best to the children in our care. The tutor comes in regularly and has become an important person and friendly, supportive face in our school. I highly recommend the service given by Campus Training, which was recently recognised in our Outstanding Ofsted in October, 2009.
