Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools Level 3 Award

This is a knowledge based qualification that will provide candidates with a secure understanding from which to progress to a level 3 role. This qualification is suitable for those who have good coverage of units, but not enough for the diploma.

It is suitable for candidates not yet in a school role but who have the capability to achieve at level 3; candidates in a level 2 role wishing to demonstrate that they are ready for progression to level 3, and as initial training for those newly in post at this level.

You will be assigned a tutor/ assessor who will give you support and guidance throughout your qualification. All of our assessors are fully trained and highly qualified to meet your needs. Your assessor will judge evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the units you have chosen. Remember this is not a test, you will be underpinning the existing knowledge of the job you already do.

Training for this level will take place in the workplace.
