Northbrook College has been working with Campus Training for the past 12 months and we have found them to be exemplary in relation to the Train to Gain work that they carry out. We have been so impressed with the company that we are now in negotiations with them to expand their delivery with us to help support other aspects of employer engagement and related training.

Campus Training has had a huge impact in our school. I now have office staff, teaching assistants and several parents who have gained NVQ qualifications. This has built confidence, given the school excellent succession opportunities and a highly skilled staff, who offer the best to the children in our care. The tutor comes in regularly and has become an important person and friendly, supportive face in our school. Working with a multi-ethnic workforce where English is invariably not the first language is a skill of which Campus should be very proud. Our large food production site has benefited from the expertise and commitment offered to its staff by Campus and its Assessors: many employees are now proud holders of the NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Manufacturing.

I am very happy with the work Campus do for us. They cover all our shifts including nights, and staff that are usually unable to access this type of training have been able to progress and achieve. I should be delighted to recommend Campus to any other company.

Campus Training were supportive during a very difficult time for our staff who were facing imminent redundancy. We have been very happy with the service we have received from Campus Training.  At present, a group of our Teaching Assistants is studying for NVQ qualifications.  Campus staff have been helpful and supportive throughout; from meeting with school managers to talk about the programme - and to sort out funding, to coming in to school to do a short introductory talk with a Q&A session for our Teaching Assistants, to weekly 'hands on' support for staff involved in the programme.  We are very pleased with the service we have received from Campus, and we are happy to recommend this company to other schools and businesses who wish to provide professional development for staff.
