OCR Examinations Board Level 2 is intended for those people who are front-line service providers but whose job role and responsibilities does not have the breadth of the level 3 candidate. Job role and function is more closely defined and the scope for decision-making and personal responsibility is more limited than for a level 3 candidate. Customer Service Level 3 OCR Examinations Board Level 3 is intended for candidates who could be termed as ‘Customer Service Professionals’. This would typically include a person dedicated to solving customer problems. Experienced people with a wide range of product or service knowledge.and people usually found working in a section dedicated to customer service.
