Customer Service Level 2

Level 2 is intended for those people who are front-line service providers but whose job role and responsibilities does not have the breadth of the level 3 candidate. Job role and function is more closely defined and the scope for decision-making and personal responsibility is more limited than for a level 3 candidate.

Candidates must be working in a customer focused role i.e. retail outlets, hotels, and public sectors, and will be able to show good knowledge and understanding of their responsibilities defined within their job role.

For Customer Service Level 2, to achieve a full award at this level, candidates must complete 7 units in total, from 2 mandatory units, and 5 optional. 

You will be assigned a tutor/ assessor who will give you support and guidance throughout your NVQ. All of our assessors are fully trained and highly qualified to meet your needs. Your assessor will judge evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the units you have chosen. Remember this is not a test, you will be underpinning the existing knowledge of the job you already do.

Training for this level will take place in the workplace.
