Customer Service

Customer Service Level 3

Level 3 is intended for candidates who could be termed as ‘Customer Service Professionals’. This would typically include a person dedicated to solving customer problems. Mature and experienced people with a wide range of product or service knowledge.  People usually found in large organisations in a section dedicated to customer service.

The aim of this Qualification is to show that candidates can work to meet customer objectives, cover support systems, processes and services and recognise that employment in Customer Services involves a diverse range of functions, tasks and activities, that are constantly developing in light of  changing customer needs.

For Customer Service Level 3 , to achieve a full award, candidates must complete 8 units in total, from 2 mandatory units, and 6 optional units.

You will be assigned a tutor/ assessor who will give you support and guidance throughout your NVQ. All of our assessors are fully trained and highly qualified to meet your needs. Your assessor will judge evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the units you have chosen. Remember this is not a test, you will be underpinning the existing knowledge of the job you already do.

Training for this level will take place in the workplace.
