Level 2 is appropriate for anyone employed in the retail sector with some responsibility and who carries out a range of activities, for example, a sales assistant.

Retail Operations Level 3
OCR Examinations Board

This level would be appropriate for candidates employed in a senior sales assistant or supervisory/team leader role in the retail industry. It is also a for candidates progressing from level 2.

Distribution, Warehousing and Storage Operations Level 2
OCR Examinations Board

This level was developed to meet the needs of employees in sectors such as Retail, Wholesale Distribution, Road Haulage, the Motor Industry and Manufacturing and Production. Aimed primarily at warehouse assistants and people working in distribution areas.
 
Distribution and Warehousing Operations Level 3
OCR Examinations Board

This level is appropriate for candidates already competent in a significant range of varied activities and requiring recognition for a wider range of abilities in these sectors such as warehouse or factory managers.
