Logistics Operations Management Level 3

Level 3 is designed to reflect the work of candidates who undertake management and supervisory activities working with all goods, materials, plant and equipment in the logistics industry.

This NVQ is aimed at candidates who are in work roles where they manage and supervise all aspects of warehousing and logistics operations.

The Qualification is about the safe and economical handling of goods and materials. Candidates will be managing teams of people and have a degree of responsibility for all aspects of warehousing and Logistics operation. This is a work-related qualification and to achieve it you will need the opportunity to demonstrate your competency within your role.

For LOM Level 3 , to achieve a full award, candidates must complete 8 units in total, 3 mandatory units, and 5 optional units.

You will be assigned a tutor/ assessor who will give you support and guidance throughout your NVQ. All of our assessors are fully trained and highly qualified to meet your needs. Your assessor will judge evidence of your performance, knowledge and understanding against the units you have chosen. Remember this is not a test, you will be underpinning the existing knowledge of the job you already do.

Training for this level will take place in the workplace.
