Campus Training is part of the Grosvenor Group, a global training organisation providing the full spectrum of training needs from the warehouse to the boardroom. Offering both custom designed in-house programmes and nationally recognised vocational qualifications and Apprenticeships, the group is able to meet the diverse training requirements of both learners and organisations.

Campus Training aims to improve and enhance the skills base, for the benefit of businesses and individuals, whether employed or not, within our operating area. This will be achieved by providing an equal opportunity for all learners to take part in quality vocational training and other learning and development programmes.
We are an accredited centre for the following awarding bodies:

To gain and maintain accreditation, Campus Training is rigorously quality audited and must continuously meet high standards of delivery, quality, and staff development.
The Centre is staffed by a team of highly qualified, committed and professional personnel who come from a variety of commercial, educational and vocational backgrounds.
Jo Bridger – Managing Director
As Managing Director of Campus Training and a director of the group, Joanne brings vast industry experience and astute commercial knowledge to the forum.
She is responsible for key contracts, partnerships and developing funding streams which give the business the balance and strategy for long term success
John Hammond - Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, John leads the quality and qualifications delivery teams and works closely with Jo to plan the future direction of the organisation. John himself is an experienced assessor and internal quality assurer, he also delivers functional skills to those on apprenticeship programmes. He also liaises regularly with learners and employers to ensure we continue to deliver the highest levels of service.
Mandy Murray – Business Admin, Team Leading, Customer Service and Quality Standards
Mandy is an internal quality assurer for Campus. She works closely with the assessors and with John to ensure that quality standards are being maintained and our learners and employers continue to receive the best service possible.
Karen Viney - Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, CYPW and Early Years Educator.
Karen is an experienced assessor in supporting teaching and learning in schools and an internal quality assurer in the various areas listed. She has a vast experience of working with children of all ages, in particular those with additional needs. Karen has management, team leading, customer service and business admin experience from previous roles, she also manages the eportfolios and technology within the whole staff team.
Louise Edwards – Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Early Years Educator, CYPW and Customer Service.
Louise is an experienced assessor and internal quality assurer for the teaching assistant qualifications and has vocational experience in other areas too, such as childcare, food and drink, warehousing, customer service and business admin qualifications.
Louise brings years of experience from working with children of all ages and has specialised in working with pupils with additional needs. Louise has also worked in retail, catering and ran her own business. Louise will support and guide you through your apprenticeships and End point assessments to ensure you suceed and gain the best outcome you can.
Suzanne Green - Team Leading/Supervisory and Mental Health First Aid.
Suzanne is an outstanding professional with extensive experience of leading,
designing and delivering apprenticeship and education provision.
She has a strong focus on inclusive provision, recognising the diversity of need of both adult and younger learners. Suzanne is an experienced assessor in Team Leading/Supervisory Level 3 Standard and Mental Health First Aid.
Suzanne will support and guide you through the standards to ensure you gain the outcome you have worked for.
Davina Poole - Early Years Educator.
Davina is an experienced assessor and tutor for all stages of Childcare both with workplace learners and apprentices.
She specialises in the Level 3 Standard for the Early Years Educator. Davina has also taught English functional skills as well as Maths and ICT for her apprentices.
